We want you to be 100% happy with your Dollbobs purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your earrings, please email us within 30 days of purchase at heydoll@dollbobs.com with your name and order number.

Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless one of the following applies:

  • defective or damaged earring(s)
  • irritation has developed due to our earrings
  • received wrong items

If one of the above applies, please email us within 30 days of purchase at heydoll@dollbobs.com. We will be happy to assist you in returning the items.
